What does OEKO-TEX Standard 100 mean and why does Hanna Andersson use it?
Hanna Andersson uses OEKO-TEX Standard 100 in all pajamas - baby pajamas, kids’ pajamas, and family pajamas. OEKO-TEX Standard 100 is a stringent certification used to identify those products that do not contain any harmful substances in any component. When you purchase an OEKO-TEX Standard 100 product from Hanna Andersson, you can be assured that you selected the best option for those in in your life who mean the most.
Are all Hannas GOTS certified?
Getting our key organic products certified by GOTS is a work in progress. If you get a garment not labeled as GOTS, it means the item was made and shipped before we received our GOTS certificate. Of course, it’s still made with the same great quality and care that you’re used to from Hanna!
Where are your products made?
Hanna Andersson partners with vendors from across the globe that share our dedication to offering the highest quality children’s clothing to our customers. While our partners are from all corners of the world, we are united in a dedication to clothing children in the most comfortable, durable, and softest clothing out there.
How do you ensure your products are sourced from ethical producers?
From girls’ dresses to kids’ swimwear, we partner with top suppliers from all over the country that are vetted through both internal and third-party auditors to ensure our products are produced in safe, ethical, and lawful conditions. We audit our suppliers on a yearly basis to confirm their adherence to these strict ethical standards and to the behaviors outlined in our Vendor agreement.
How do I know what size to purchase?
Drawing on our Swedish roots, Hanna Andersson sizes all of our clothing in centimeters. You can find our sizing guide with US Standard equivalents on our Sizing Help page.
Does Hanna Andersson clothing shrink?
Most of our clothing is pre-washed and as a result should not experience any significant shrinkage. Please make sure to check the care instructions on all your new Hannas to ensure that they last and keep their famous softness.
How should I wash my new Hannas?
Please refer to the care instructions on all of our products for details on how to wash and care for your Hannas. You can also find additional instructions under “Details & Care” on each product’s web page.
Do you offer Hanna Andersson clothing for adult sizes?
We do offer some of our famous pajamas in adult sizes! Visit our Family Matching page for all our adult products.
Are Hanna Andersson pajamas unisex?
Yes, we offer unisex pajamas for babies, kids, and adults. Additionally, we offer some unisex clothes, both those can be found categorized under both girls’ clothes and boys’ clothes.

How do I place an order?
Do I need to create an account to order online?
While we do encourage all customers to create an online account when ordering, you can always place an order as a “guest.” Simply select “Checkout as Guest” when checking out to complete your order without an account.
I’ve forgotten my account’s password. What should I do?
Simply select “forgot password” on the “Sign In” screen and enter the email address associated with your online account. We’ll send you an email with a link to reset your password soon after.
Can I see my order history?
Absolutely! You can find your full order history online under “Orders” when you log in to your Hanna Andersson account.
How do I know if an item is in stock?
If you’re able to add an item to your cart on our website, it should be available to purchase! If an item is unavailable, you will not be able to add it to your cart or to check out.
How long will it take for an item to be restocked?
There are several factors that can affect when an item is restocked, both in our control and outside of it. The best way to check to see whether an item is restocked is to regularly check back on our website.
What if I can’t find what I am looking for online?
Unfortunately, if an item is not showing up on our website, it means that the item has sold out or is discontinued. We’re sorry for the disappointment!
Can I change my order once I place it?
After an order is placed, we will not be able to change it. Please double-check all sizes, colors, and styles on your order before you hit the “Submit” button.
How will I know if Hanna Andersson has received my order?
For all orders with Hanna Andersson, you should receive an email from us shortly after submission. If you’re unsure of whether your order was submitted, please contact us at 800-222-0544. We’d be happy to check for you!
Why did I receive an email saying that an item I ordered was cancelled?
While we do our best to ensure that our inventory is accurate, sometimes mistakes happen, and we have to cancel items that have sold out. If an item is not available from an order for whatever reason, you will receive an email from us. Please note that we do not charge for any cancelled items, though, as they were not shipped.
Why haven’t I received an email regarding my order?
If you have not received an order or shipping confirmation from us, please check your trash or spam folders. Sometimes our emails get eaten by overzealous spam filters!
How does Hanna Andersson handle my personal information?
Hanna Andersson does collect personal data from our customers to offer a more personalized and more effective shopping experience. What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, JCB, Paypal, Apple Pay, Afterpay and Hanna Andersson Gift Cards as payment. We do not accept checks or cash for online / phone orders.
Is it safe to use my credit card on HannaAndersson.com?

Can I use multiple credit cards to pay for my order?
Unfortunately, we are not able to accept multiple credit cards as payment on a single order.
Does Hanna Andersson save my credit card for future use?
Hanna Andersson does not store any credit card information in any of our systems. When your order is submitted, your credit card information is tokenized and is not stored anywhere in Hanna’s systems.

What are your shipping options and how much do they cost?

How long does standard shipping take?
When shipping within the continental United States, our standard shipping takes 7–10 business days to arrive after the order was placed. Once an order is received, we reserve that inventory and work to get it delivered as quickly as possible. We recommend placing orders as early as possible, and we thank you for your patience!
Where can I track my order?
When your order ships, we will send a shipping confirmation with tracking details via email. If you placed your order as a registered customer, you can also find your tracking information in your order history on My Account page.
Do you ship internationally?

What is Hanna Andersson’s return policy?
We happily accept returns for unwashed, un-worn items within sixty (60) days of purchase. Please note: orders placed between 10/13/2021 through 11/30/2021 can be returned through 01/30/2022. You can find additional details on our Orders & Returns page.
How do I return merchandise to Hanna Andersson?

I have a defective item. What do I do?
We are so sorry that you received a defective product! Please contact us directly at 800-222-0544 so we can arrange either a replacement product to be sent to you or a credit for the item.
How do I get a return label?
Is there any cost to returning merchandise?
All purchases made on 3/1/21 or after will be subject to a $5 return fee except for AK. Hi, FPO/APO and US territories where a flat $10 is charged on each return.
How long does it take to receive a refund for returned merchandise?
Please allow for two to three weeks for your return to be received, processed, and refunded. Please note – due to shipping delays and social distancing at our Distribution Center, returns may take longer to process. How do I do an exchange?

What happens if I return a gift?

What is a “promo code” and how do I apply it?
Periodically, we will send our customers a special coupon that can be used online. These codes may come in an email or mailed to you directly. To redeem these codes, you enter them into the “Promo code” field during checkout and click “Apply.” Promo codes cannot be applied to previous purchases nor can we issue a price adjustment on purchases placed before the promotional period.
I forgot to add a promo code to my order. Can I add it after it’s been placed?

Do gift cards expire?
No, our gift cards do not expire.
Can I purchase an e-gift card?
Yes, we offer both physical gift cards (mailed to the recipient) and e-gift cards (emailed to the recipient). You can find both options on our Gift Cards page.
How do I redeem a Hanna Andersson e-gift or physical gift card?
On the payment page of the Hanna Andersson checkout, click or tap the Gift Card button. Enter e-gift or gift card number, PIN and click APPLY. You may add up to five e-gift or gift cards in a single order. Gift cards can be combined with the following payment methods: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, JCB and PayPal.
Will your stores ever be opening again?
